Terms of Service

    v  Not only are you paying for the art itself, but the time and work involved. Please be respectful of that, though a friendly reminder if I’m delayed is quite alright.

    v  If I have multiple commissions I may not do them in chronological order. 

    v  No refunds will be given with completed art work.  I tend to show work in progress that you have to approve before I finish the work. So please don’t tell me you don’t like it after all that hard work. I made sure to make sure you were satisfied beforehand.

    v  If it belongs to me than it’s mine, if it belongs to you then you are entitled to use it but not claim that it is yours.

 

 

What I Will Draw

    v  Females or Males

    v  Anthros, Furries, Humans, or Animals

    v  Nude or Partial Nude (Ask)

    v  NSFW (See what I won’t draw for restrictions)

    v  Singles, couples, or Multiple Characters (Double for couples, 2+ characters pricing on discussion)

    v  Original Characters, MMO Characters, Fan Characters, and Cannon Characters

 

What I Won’t Draw

    v  Hyper Muscular Men or Women (Body Builders)

    v  Fetishes that involve bodily waste

    v  Underage characters in NSFW

    v  Mechs/Robots

 

Usage Policy

    v  You are not to direct upload to your personal galleries without permission. Credit and Direct Linkback is required.

    v  Ask for original files, but note that I only allow minor editing such as text and coloring to non-colored works

    v  You may not use the WIPs only the completed art is for you to use.

    v  You may make icons with your commissioned work.

    v  You may not mass produce for personal profit or commercial uses.

 

Refunds and Cancelations

    v  If I haven’t produced and WIPS in 6 months or more do to personal things getting in the way you are entitled to a full refund with whatever progress I have made for free and you will receive a coupon as an apology.

    v  Canceling before and after 1^st  WIP. Full refund and I retain the right to use whatever I have made and edit it for something else

    v  Canceling after 2^nd  WIP Partial Refund and you can keep the art work I have completed.

    v  No Refunds for Completed Work

    v  Canceling on my part due to aggressive customer. Refund minus the cost of the work so far, and no rights to the art work.
